Our Shipping and delivery options is part of our Policies. Please read our shipping policies carefully when purchasing from our store. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

How long does it take to process my order?  

Your order processing time is 2-3 business days.

Delivery Time: 

5-10 business days (depending on your location)

Delivery Issues 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.  
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.  
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise- If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at vestigeartisan@gmail.com with your order number.

My tracking says my package was delivered but I haven’t received my order. What do I do?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the package is yet to received, unfortunately we are unable to to process a refund for fraud prevention.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return: 

- If your package was damaged in shipping we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 
- Received the wrong item 
- Defective items 

Important Conditions: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns after the 30 day period has passed. You will not be offered a refund, return and/or exchange of any kind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds and returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. And if that is the case, and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vestigeartisan@gmail.com.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We provide a 24-hour window for any cancellation/refund requests from the time of purchase.
Please note: we do not provide refunds on sale items or gift card purchases. 
There will also be a small processing charge for the refund. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
